Refund Policy

AutomationMart sells digital workflow blueprints and optional expert setup services. Because digital files are delivered immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case.
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days if the purchased workflow file is corrupt, cannot be imported into the stated platform, or materially does not match the listing description.
Refunds are not normally issued for buyer error, change of mind, inability to use a third-party app, or missing credentials/API access required by the workflow.
Expert setup sessions are refundable only if the session has not started. Once a consultant begins the live setup call, the service is considered delivered.
